CT63_1-17: Start-up of a Liquid Pipeline (Field)

Course introduces the methods and procedures used by field operations personnel to start up a liquid pipeline. It describes the required knowledge and skills, as well as abnormal operating conditions associated with starting up a liquid pipeline.
