This online, facilitated program delivers real-world tools and proven leadership strategies that can be applied immediately on the job site—improving communication, productivity, safety and crew performance. Participants complete an online course every two weeks, then join a live, instructor-led session at 1:00 PM EST (12:00 PM CST) via Zoom to reiew and reinforce their learning.
