NCCER’s Construction Superintendent Certification Program goes beyond field experience, providing structured training in people management, business acumen and profitability. This turnkey solution allows organizations to invest in their workforce without having to develop their own instruction. Designed for both current and aspiring superintendents, this online, facilitated program combines independent learning with interactive instruction. Participants complete an online course every two weeks, followed by a live, instructor-led session with a Master Trainer to reinforce key concepts, discuss real-world applications, and collaborate with peers. This structured approach ensures superintendents gain the leadership and business expertise needed to excel in their roles.

Select “Shop Purchases” in the top menu bar to view your available courses or programs to assign.
Assign courses or program to learners by entering their NCCER Number.
Learners can then access these courses and the assessment by logging into their NCCER account and clicking the “Learning Platform” tile.
