Course describes the prerequisites and knowledge required for assembling and joining plastic pipe by electrofusion. This course covers the proper way to prepare pipe and pipe fittings, how to operate an electrofusion machine, and the abnormal operating conditions (AOCs) that may occur when performing this task. This course also discusses how to properly inspect completed joints for a quality bond.
